LLM Listicles provides listicle-style articles to promote your brand. Our service includes creating and sharing listicles for your brand to boost AI visibility.

3. Subscription and Payment

Our service is offered in two tiers:

  • one-time fee
  • monthly subscriptions

Payment terms:

  • Subscription begins upon payment confirmation
  • Billing occurs monthly on the anniversary of your signup date
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time, provided you give us 30 days notice
  • Refunds may be provided, out our discretion, if we fail to deliver the items for your chosen plan
  • No refunds for partial months of service

4. Service Guarantee

We cannot guarantee an increase in AI visibility, website traffic, or revenue. Any references to traffic increases on our website or marketing materials represent averages from previous clients only and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of similar results for your website.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your business and website
  • Respond promptly to any information requests from our team
  • Maintain an active, legitimate website with quality content
  • Not engage in activities that could harm our relationships with media outlets

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use our service for illegal activities, spreading misinformation, promoting harmful content, or any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our service are owned by Cupid Trees Creative LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

LLM Listicles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
